Overview

Crypto.com offers event contracts in its US app, on a Predict tab. The contracts are offered by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), which its help article describes as a CFTC-regulated exchange. Robinhood's support page lists the same exchange (as NADEX) among the ones it routes to.

The product page says it's now available in the US, lists more than 2,000 trends, and says you can start with $10, use cash or crypto, and sell any time. Contracts have a $1 contract size.

Fees depend on the kind of contract. For sports and prediction singles, the help article gives the same formula Kalshi uses: takers pay 0.07 × contracts × price × (1 − price), and makers pay 0.0175 × the same. Crypto, FX, commodities and index contracts cost a flat $0.02 per contract.

Orders have a slippage tolerance that defaults to $0.05 per contract. Contract details are in CDNA's product filings, which the help article links.

You need a Crypto.com U.S. account, which requires you to be 18 or older (Crypto.com U.S. terms, clause 5.3.1). We don't list which states it's available in; check in the app. Secondary sources report its exchange lost a Ninth Circuit case against Nevada on Aug 28, 2026, and asked the Supreme Court to review it (petition 26-344). Secondary sources also say the same exchange powers Fanatics Markets. Laws change, check your state.

Best for

Pricing

Sports and prediction singles: taker 0.07 × contracts × price × (1 − price), maker 0.0175 × the same. Crypto, FX, commodities and indices: $0.02 per contract. Source: Crypto.com help article 'Prediction trading' and its payout-structure learn page, checked Oct 14, 2026. Check the official site.

Pros

  • Runs on CDNA, a CFTC-regulated exchange, per Crypto.com's help article.
  • Published fees: the same taker formula as Kalshi on sports and prediction contracts, and a flat $0.02 on crypto, FX, commodities and indices.
  • You can start with $10 and use cash or crypto, per the product page.
  • A default $0.05 slippage tolerance limits how far an order can fill from the price you saw.

Cons

  • No published state list that we could find.
  • Makers pay a fee (0.0175 × the formula), where Polymarket US pays makers a rebate.
  • Its exchange lost in the Ninth Circuit, per secondary sources, so state access may shift.
  • You have to open a separate USD Account and get approved before trading.

How it compares

Crypto.com Predictions vs Kalshi. On sports and prediction contracts the published fee formulas match: 0.07 for takers and 0.0175 for makers. Crypto.com adds a flat $0.02 fee on crypto, FX, commodities and index contracts. Both accounts require 18+. Kalshi also has a public API. If you already use the Crypto.com app, its fees are no worse on sports and prediction singles. Otherwise Kalshi is easier to check before you commit money.

Quick start

  1. Open the Predict tab in the Crypto.com app.
  2. Set up a USD Account.
  3. Tap "Enable now" and accept the CDNA Terms & Conditions.
  4. Wait for approval by notification or email.
  5. Before trading, read the contract's specifications in CDNA's product filings, linked from the help article.

Verdict

Crypto.com Predictions now has published fees and a documented signup, and on sports and prediction contracts it costs the same as Kalshi. It requires a Crypto.com U.S. account (18+). We couldn't find a published state list, so check availability in the app first.
