Krea
Krea review and pricing: generate images, video and 3D from many AI models in one place, with Ideogram and Midjourney as alternatives.
Overview
Krea is a web studio for generating images, video and 3D from one account. It runs its own Krea models, including Krea 3, which opened in beta on Oct 15, 2026 and is now the default image model, next to outside models like Flux, Nano Banana, Kling and Veo.
Every plan draws from compute units. Free gives 100 units a day; paid plans give a monthly pool. Krea Nodes and App Builder turn repeat jobs into reusable workflows.
Paid plans include a commercial license. We haven't generated images for this page; it uses Krea's pricing page, terms, Krea 3 model page and launch post.
Best for
Designers and marketers who want to compare several image and video models without paying for each one separately.

- Commercial license on paid plans. Basic and up cover marketing, product and client work.
- Team plan without seat fees. Business includes up to 50 members at one flat price.
Cons
- Commercial terms can change. Krea's standard terms let it change the rules for commercial use of generated content at any time.
- Broad rights to your uploads. Krea's standard terms give Krea, and other Krea users, a perpetual license to content you submit.
- Krea 3 is still in beta. Krea lists its newest model as a beta, and says it isn't real time yet.
How it compares
Krea gathers many models behind one unit balance. Midjourney sticks to its own model and has no free plan; Basic is $10/mo. Ideogram gives eligible free accounts 30 weekly credits, and Plus is $20/mo.
Pick Krea to compare models side by side. Pick Midjourney for one strong house style, or Ideogram for text inside images.

Verdict
Krea is our pick for creators who want many image and video models in one place. Start free, and move to Basic or Pro once 100 daily units run short or you need a commercial license. Skip it if you want one model's look; Midjourney is simpler.
